Dear Zend Studio User
If your Zend Studio is using 100% of the System while beeing connected to a ssh server, please deinstall the product because noone will fix that bug for you and the tool is crap.
I HATE ZEND STUDIO 5.x I HATE IT. Nothing helps: deinstallation etc.
Even more better: A Lady from Zend called yesterday to offer a year more licenses so we can get a update to zend Studio. Zend: if youre trying to sell many products, they need to be better than they are at this time, generally spoken.
Please god, let NEON be a better editor.

The problem simply is that Zend seems to consider using the ssh-editing-feature (one of their main sales arguments) to be "exotic" - according to support no one in their right mind would ever consider to operate directly on a remote server.
A possible workaround to the hog is not to use projects while working on an ssh-server, this prevents ZDE from trying to scan the code for classes and functions.

You *could* ignore this feature if it was just about ssh, but when I used 5.0 I couldn't use samba either because I had that 100% cpu usage. Used coLinux with that. 5.5 fixed it for me though, but my work laptop now has Linux anyway :P
